These Terms govern your use of Wavi Africa services. By creating an account or sending messages through Wavi, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

You must not use Wavi to send spam, phishing, fraudulent messages, or content that is illegal in the jurisdiction of the recipient. Recipients must have opted in where the law requires it.

Billing

Services are billed on a prepaid wallet basis. Pricing is published on your dashboard and may change with 30 days notice.

Liability

Wavi is provided on an "as is" basis. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
